Squad 2202 is a 1999 Darley Freightliner and is our frontline rescue truck . It is first due for: car accidents, and vertical and horizontal rescues. It also houses an air cascade system to refill our SCBA tanks and is full equipped to be used for a non-transporting ALS care provider. Even though this truck is our main rescue apparatus every engine is equipped with BLS medical supplies. It also has car extrication equipment that can free an entrapped occupant in a motor vehicle accident . In recent months we have also upgrade the equipment to provide a full "squad" response and is due at every structure fire.
